Having issues with the product. Customer service is very slow to respond. Having issues and being told it is user error. The hoop tech gen 2 is made with very pliable metal, has a very 'unfinished' look and feel.
Great products and even better customer service. I purchased a used 2 head machine and received a single clamping system with the purchase. I wanted to have two so that I could use for both heads when doing multiple items.
